The best carnitas in town. This is the spot. And if you're going else where, we can't be friends! I am a big pork eater (naturally, as Vietnamese dishes are made with lots of pork!) They specialize in carnitas and only carnitas here. You can literally feed your whole entire family with 2 lbs! They have the especials which are great for both your immediate family or a fiesta! I really like it here because you can do meat only (carnitas pura carne), carnitas mixtas (braised por mix), buche (stomach), or cueritos (pork skin). They sell other parts of the pig here too like pork feet, regular or pickled, and pork grinds. Party trays are available for 15,30,50 or 100 people, ranging from $97.92 to $639.50. They include rice and beans! The people working here are always quick and friendly. I will forever only come here for carnitas.
